Display Manufacturing Service Co., Ltd. announced that it has acquired a Korea-based wind power plant developer, for KRW 3 billion. The Company purchased 600,000 shares of the Company, representing an equity stake holding of 66.7%. The Korea-based wind power plant developer's capital is worth KRW 4.5 billion. The transaction is expected to settle on April 9, 2007.
Stratagene Signs Definitive Agreement To Be Acquired By Agilent Technologies

Agilent Technologies, Inc. and Stratagene Corporation announced that they have signed a definitive agreement for Agilent to acquire Stratagene. Stratagene is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of specialized life science research and diagnostic products. Under the terms of the agreement, Stratagene will operate as a division within Agilent's Life Sciences Solutions Unit. Upon consummation of the transaction, each share of Stratagene common stock will be converted into the right to receive a cash payment of $10.94 per share. The parties expect that the merger will close in approximately 90 days.
Altra Holdings, Inc Announces Successful Completion Of Its Acquisition Of TB Wood's Corporation

Altra Holdings, Inc announced that it has completed its acquisition of TB Wood's Corporation (TB Wood's) pursuant to a short form merger in which Forest Acquisition Corporation, a subsidiary of Altra, was merged with and into TB Wood's, resulting in TB Wood's becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Altra. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Aspocomp Group Oyj Completes Acquisition of ACP Electronics Ltd

Aspocomp Group Oyj announced that it has concluded the acquisition of the minority share in its Chinese joint venture ACP Electronics Ltd from Chin-Poon Holdings. The related agreement was signed on March 16, 2007. Due to the purchase of the 49 percent minority share, Aspocomp Group Oyj has increased its holding in ACP Electronics to 100 percent. In order to finance the acquisition, Aspocomp has today taken out a EUR 40 million loan from Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.
MMI Holdings Ltd. Announces Acquisition Of Singapore Incorporated Private Limited Company

MMI Holdings Ltd. announced that it has entered into a non-binding and conditional term sheet to acquire 85% of the issued share capital in a Singapore incorporated private limited company for an aggregate consideration of approximately $22.1 million. The target company is engaged in precision machining of aerospace components. Its plants are located in Singapore and Thailand.
